मित्रानो आपल्याला माहित आहे की आजच्या युगात computer किंवा Copa ITI field मधे continue विकास होत आहे. आणि विद्यार्थी यात Career बनवण्याचा पण विचार करत आहे. आता भारतात वेगवेगळया software च्या Company Open होत आहे. व तिथे जॉब मिळविण्यासाठी Student Computer Course करत आहे. जसं की Computer Science, BCA, DCA, MCA etc. आणि हया Course पैकी एक Course आहे Copa ITI. तर आपण आज या Post च्या माध्यमातून पूर्ण माहिती घेणार आहोत. म्हणून तुम्हाला विनंती आहे की ही Post एकदा नक्की वाचा. जेणेकरून तुमचे Douts Clear होतील. सगळ्यात आधी Copa ITI म्हणजे काय हे समजून घेऊ.
Copa ITI हा Course एका वर्षांचा असतो. ह्या Course मधे 2 Semester Include असतात. हया Course मधे मुलांना Computer व Hardware संबंधित Knowledge दिलं जातं. ज्यात Computer Hardware, Software, Coding & Programming Language, Basic Computer Programmed जसं MS word , Excel, Power Point, हे Point त्यात समाविष्ट असतात. ह्या व्यतिरिक्त Data Entry Operator च काम सुध्धा शिकवलं जातं. हे केल्यावर तूम्ही Computer Operator किंव्हा Data Entry Operator म्हणून जॉब करू शकतात.
Copa ITI tread मधे येणारा Course आहे. ह्यात Student Computer चे Parts शिकवले जातात. ज्यामुळे Student 10th Class pass झाल्यावर Computer चं Knowledge घेतल्यामुळे त्यांना Computer चं High1 Knowledge घ्यायला मदत होते. कोणताही Course करण्यासाठीं शैक्षणिक अर्हता पाहिजे असते. Copa ITI Full Form And Duration
COPA चे Full Form आहे. Computer Operator And Programming Assistant. आणि Course चा कालावधी फक्त एका वर्षाचा असतो. हा एक Non-Engineering Trade आहे. जो NCVT म्हणजे National Council Vocational Training एक ITI Tread आहे. हा Copa ITI Course केल्यनंतर तुम्हाला Programmed Development From मध्ये Job भेटणार नाही, पण हा Course अश्या Job साठी Perfect आहे. ज्यांना Computer आणि Internet Functioning च्या Basic Knowledge ची गरज असते. अश्या प्रकारे Copa ITI Course केल्यावर Function आणि Programing Maximum Knowledge मिळून जाणार.

Copa ITI Course Criteria
Class 10th मध्ये एखाद्या Recognized Board मधुन 10th Class Pass झाल्यावर तुम्ही हा Course करू शकतात. Class 10th मध्ये Mathematics, Science, Subject असणे आवश्यक आहे. Candidate चं Age कमीतकमी 14 वर्ष आणि जास्तीत जास्त 40वर्ष पाहिजे. ह्या Course ला Admission घेण्यासाठी Entrance Exam Clear करणे आवश्यक आहे. एका वर्षाचा हा Course दोन Semester मध्ये पूर्ण करायचा असतो. हा Coopa ITI Regular Course आहे. ह्या Course चा Syllabus Government Of India द्वारे Approved आहे. Computer Operator Programming Assistant हे काम एवढं चांगलं आहे की ज्या दिवशी तूम्ही Admission घेणार त्या दिवसापासून तूम्ही पैसे कमवू शकतात. पैसे तर कमवायच आहे मग ते सरकारी असो किंवा Private असो किंवा Business मधे असो. आपण आज समजून घेऊ की COPA मधून ITI केलं तर किती Opportunity आहे. तूम्ही COPA मधून Knowledge घ्या.
खूप जास्त विद्यार्थी हे COPA मधून ITI करतात. पण त्यांना knowledge नसतं आणि Fundamental तर Clear नसतात. खूप जणांना असं वाटत की COPA चे JOB नसतात. ह्यात vacancy नसतात. COPA केल्यानंतर आपण CITS (Craft Instructor Training Scheme) पण करू शकतो. आणि Teaching च्या Line मध्ये जाऊ शकतो. म्हणजे ITI College मध्ये Instructor होऊ शकतो. ह्या व्यतिरिक्त Colleges, Hospital, Organizations, Computer Operator Requirement etc.
Syllabus
आपल्याला माहीत आहे की हा Course एका वर्षांचा असतो. ह्यात Student ला Computer related Knowledge दिलं जातं. म्हणजे Student त्याचं Career Computer च्या Field मधे बनवू शकणारं. ITI चा Syllabus हा तीन Part मध्ये Divide केलेलं आहे.
1) Copa Theory
Copa Theory मध्ये Fundamental of Computer, Windows Operating System, MS word, MS Excel, Power Point, Database Concepts, Computer Hardware, Software Installation, Internet Connection, Web designing Concepts, Introduction of dos & Linux OS. Word Processing, Smart Accounting, E- Commerce, Cyber security, etc. एवढे Point हे Cover केले जातात.
2) Employability Skill
ह्यात तुम्हाला Introduction to Computer, Microsoft , word, Excel, PowerPoint, English Literacy , Communication Skill, Industrial Skill, Productivity Skill, Internet & Browser, Business Health & Safety इत्यादी Topic हे Cover केले जातात.
3) Trade Practical
ह्यात Computer Operator आणि operating system, DBMS, Configuration and Using Network, Computer Hardware and Basic Software Installation, Internet Concept, Designing Static Web Page, Using Spreadsheet Application हे Topic Cover केले जातात. ह्या सोबत तुम्हाला Photo Editing, Creating Presentations and Using Open Office हे सुध्दा शिकायला भेटत.
ITI Copa Fee Structure
जर आपण ITI Copa हा Course करण्यासाठीं किती खर्च येतो हा विचार केला तर, हा Course दुसऱ्या Computer Course च्या तुलनेत स्वस्त आहे. ITI Copa Course ची Fee ही तूम्ही घेत असलेल्या Institute वर Depend असते. मग ती सरकारी असो किंवा Private. जर तूम्ही हा Course सरकारी Institute मधून करत असला तर ह्या Course ची Fee 2000 पासून 5000 thousand पर्यंत असु शकते. आणि जर तूम्ही हा Course Private Institute मधून करत असला तर किंव्हा दुसऱ्या Institution मधून करत असेल तर fee 15000 हजार ते 25000 हजार पर्यंत असु शकते.
ह्या Course ची Fee Government Institute मध्ये 6000 रुपये असते. Private Institute मध्ये हि Fee 15000 ते 50000 असू शकते. Frees च्या बाबतीत College, University व Institute मध्ये अंतर असू शकते. तुम्ही Computer Operator In Programming Assistant Rate मध्ये हा Advance Course पण करू शकतात.
1) Diploma In Computer Programming (DCP)
2) PGDHP- Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Programming हे Course केल्यावर तुम्ही Higher Study पण करू शकतात. ज्यात तुम्हाला Tally Expert, JJAVA PHP MYSQL, B. आजच्या युगात छोटं मोठं काम करण्यासाठी Computer चा वापर केला जातो. Government आणि Private Company मध्ये सगळं काम हे Computer वर केलं जातं. Railway मध्ये Ticket काढण्यासाठी, Aadhar Center मध्ये Information टाकण्यासाठी, Police station मध्ये Information जतन करण्यासाठी, RTO office, Income tax Office, GST Office etc.

COPA ITI course ची सगळ्यात महत्वाची व Famous Branch मधून एक आहे. ITI COPA Course साठी Eligibility Criteria काय आहे ते बघूया.
ITI COPA करण्यासाठीं Minimum 10th Pass-out होणे गरजेचे आहे. पण शक्यतो 12th Pass नंतर Course करणे कधीही चांगलं असतं. कारण 12th Pass झालेले व Graduate Complete झालेले Candidate सुद्धा Computer Operator च्या Post साठी Apply करू करतात.
Government Sector च्या Railway, Police Station RTO office, Income tax Office, Aadhar card Centre, इत्यादी ठिकाणी Higher education घेणाऱ्या Candidate च Selection होतं. ITI COPA Course करण्यासाठीं Student चं Age कमीत कमी 14-year व जास्तीत जास्त 40 Year पर्यंत असणे आवश्यक आहे. खूप साऱ्या Institute मध्ये Entrance Exam होत नाही. 10th आणि 12th च्या Mark’s वरून Admission दिलं जातं.

आणि यात Business करायचं ठरवलं तर तूम्ही स्वतःचा Cyber Cafe टाकू शकतात. Stamp Duty Office टाकू शकतात.

Copa मधून ITI केल्यावर सरकारी Job
जर तूम्ही Copa ITI Passed out असाल किंवा हा Course करत आहेत. किंवा हा Course करण्याचा विचार करत असाल तर तुम्हाला हे समजून घ्यायचं अत्यंत महत्वाचं आहे की, पुढे यात Future काय आहे. हा Copa ITI Course करण्याचा सगळेच विचार करतात पण ते हे समजून घेत नाही की, ह्या Copa ITI Course च्या Certificate use आपण कुठे करू शकतो. हया post च्या माध्यमातून आपण आज Copa tread च्या Student ला Job मिळू शकतो त्या बद्दल आपण समजून घेऊ. या विभागात Technician A Grade Post वर भरती निघते.
Selection Process ही आधी Computer Based Test होणार. ही test आधी Pre – Exam आणि नंतर Mains – Exam होणार. ह्या Post ची Salary 20000 thousand ते 35,000Thousand पर्यंत असू शकते.
- ONGC –
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
हा विभाग Technician च्या Post वर भरती काढत असतो. ही Exam आधी Writing आणि नंतर Technical Test होणार. आणि ह्याची Salary ही 20,000 Thousand ते 34,000 Thousand पर्यंत असू शकते.
- IRCTC
(Indian Railways Catering and Programming Corporation)
Technician, Computer Operator आणि Programming Assistant ह्या Post वर Vacancy निघत असतात हया Post साठी Selection Process ही Computer Based Exam ने होणार. त्यासाठी तुम्हाला pre+ Mains Exam द्यावी लागेल. हयात तुम्हाला Salary ही 20, 000Thousand ते 35 Thousand पर्यंत भेटते.
4.Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship
राज्य सरकार आपल्या Skill Development विभागात Training Officer, Data Entry Operator, Desk Publisher ह्या Post वर vacancy काढत असतात.
Selection Process मध्ये तुम्हाला Computer Based Test द्यावी लागेल. ह्यात तुम्हाला Salary ही 31,000 Thousand ते 50,000 Thousand पर्यंत असु शकते.
5.Head Constable (Radio Operator)
ह्या विभागात job करण्यासाठीं तुम्हाला Written Test व Medical Test द्यावी लागेल. ह्यात तुम्हाला Salary 25,000 ते 35,000 Thousand पर्यंत भेटते.
COPA Course करून नंतर काय?
Government आणि Private दोघी ठिकाणी भरपूर संधी मिळते. तुम्ही COPA मधून ITI केलं आहे. आणि घरी आहे. बेरोजगार आहेत. स्वतःला विचारा की COPA मधून ITI केलं आहे. किती Knowledge आहे. त्या मधून तुम्हाला किती समजत. ह्यासाठी तुम्हाला ITI च्या कोणत्याही Tread मधून Pass-out व्हायचं आहे. Pass झाल्यावर तुम्हाला apprenticeship India.org किंवा apprenticeship India. gov.in या Website वर जाऊन Profile Create करायचं. Profile च्या माध्यमातून तूम्ही Government किंवा Private Institute मधे Apply करू शकतात. 2 ते 3 महिन्यात Apprentice मिळू शकते. आणि त्या नंतर तुम्हाला Institute कडून जी Date देतील त्या Date ला तुम्हाला Interview व Document Verification साठी जावं लागेल.Apprentice च्या Seats ह्या Limited असतात व त्या Category ने Divide झालेल्या असतात. Apprentice साठी ज्या Candidate चे Percentage जास्त असतात. त्यांना आधी प्राधान्य असतं.
Interview मध्ये कोणत्या प्रकारचे Questions विचारले जातात?
Basic आणि Common Questions हा विचारला जातो की स्वतः बद्द्ल सांगा. ज्या वरुन ते आपली Profile check करू शकतात. आणि practical मधे Typing करायला सांगितलं जातं. जे Typing Fast करू शकतात. त्यांना आधी प्राधान्य दिलं जातं. MS word चे दोन, तीन question विचारले जातात. जे आपण ITI मध्ये शिकलेले असतात. ज्या Candidate चे Marks जास्त असतात. ज्यांनी question चे Answer Right दिलेले असतात. आणि नंतर institute कडून Call करून सांगितलं जातं की जर तूम्ही Interested असणार तर येऊन Joined करू शकतात तुमचं selection झालेलं आहे. आणि जर आपण Joined करणार असेल तर Contract Email ला Send केलं जातं आणि ते Candidate ने Approval द्यावं लागतं. आणि Approval देऊन Institute ला पाठवावं लागतं. आणि Institute कडून Final Selection होत.
Apprentice मध्ये काय काम करावं लागतं?
आपल्याला ज्या Institute मध्ये किंवा Government मधे जे permeant Apprentice असतात. त्यांना Helper म्हणून काम करावं लागतं. तिथे Responsibility दिली जात नाही. कारण आपण Trenner म्हणून Join असतो. तिथे आपल्याला Basic काम करावं लागतं. जसं की Letter Type करायचं. एखादी File एका Room मधून दुसऱ्या Room मध्ये घेऊन जायची. एखादं letter Post Office मध्ये घेऊन जायचं असेल असे लहान मोठे काम करावे लागतात. जे काम ITI चे Student Easily करू शकतात.
COPA Apprentice मध्ये Salary किती दिली जाते?
Salary ही Location वर पण आधारित असते. जे ट्रेनर Apprentice ते Government मध्ये असो किंवा Private मध्ये असो Salary ही 7500 Rs असते.
Apprentice ला किती सुट्टया दिल्या जातात?
जर तूम्ही Government मध्ये असला तर जे Permanent Candidate ला जेवढ्या सुट्टया असतात. तेवढ्याच दिल्या जातात. वर्षातून 10 Casual Leave दिल्या जातात. 10 leave व्यातिरिक सुट्टया जर घेतल्या तर ते तुमच्या Salary मधून कट केल्या जातात.
Apprentice Complete झाल्यावर कसं Certificate दिलं जातं?
ज्या ठिकाणी Apprentice करतात तिथून तुमचे Behavior अनुसार practical Theory चे Marks Apprentice च्या Website वर Upload केले जातात. आणि ते Marks तुमच्या Certificate वर दिले जातात. आणि हे Certificate Apprentice Complete झाल्यावर 2 महिण्यान मध्ये तुमच्या Profile वर Update होऊन जाते.
